    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Harmonix Digital services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

    2. Description of Services

    Harmonix provides AI-powered business automation services, including but not limited to: omnipresent AI reception, lead capture, appointment scheduling, and customer communication management. Our AI assistant, Grace, provides general business automation and assistance but does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

    3. User Obligations

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws
    • Not use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
    • Comply with A2P messaging regulations when using SMS features

    4. Fees and Payment

    Services are provided on a subscription basis with setup fees and monthly recurring charges as outlined in your service agreement. Additional usage fees may apply for calling minutes and messaging volume. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmonix Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities. We provide infrastructure and best practices; revenue outcomes depend on your business and market conditions.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, and technology used in our Services are the property of Harmonix Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services without prior written consent.

    7. Termination

    Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms.

    8. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
